    Judy's Appliance Outlet delivers appliances throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington from our store in Salem. Delivery is curbside, and pricing is calculated for your specific address at checkout.

    Delivery Pricing

    Add the appliance to your cart and enter your delivery address at checkout. The website calculates and displays the curbside delivery price for that address before you complete the order.

    What Curbside Delivery Means

    To keep prices down, we deliver curbside only. Our drivers bring the appliance to your curb or driveway. They do not carry it inside, move it into place, or install, connect or level it.

    Plan to have help on hand to move the appliance indoors, and arrange your own installation if the unit needs to be hooked up to water, gas or a dryer vent.

    Processing and Scheduling

    Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. We are closed Saturdays and do not deliver that day. During busy periods, delivery may take a few extra days; if your order is significantly delayed, we'll contact you by phone or email.

    You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is scheduled.

    Appliance Haul-Away

    Haul-away is available as an optional add-on at checkout. If you're replacing an existing appliance and want the old unit removed, select haul-away when you place your order. It is not included automatically with delivery.

    Please have the old appliance disconnected and moved to the curb before we arrive. Our drivers do not enter the home, so they can't disconnect water lines, gas lines or dryer vents, and they can't carry the old unit out. If the appliance isn't at the curb and ready to load, we won't be able to take it that day.

    Pickup in Salem

    You're welcome to pick up in person at 1944 McGilchrist St SE, Salem, OR 97302. Bring a truck or trailer and straps. Call (503) 339-7265 ahead if you'd like us to hold an appliance for you.

    Damage at Delivery

    Inspect your appliance before the driver leaves. If you find damage, note it on the delivery paperwork and call us at (503) 339-7265 right away so we can make it right.

    Damage reported after delivery is harder to resolve, so it's worth taking the extra minute at the curb.

    Warranty

    Appliances we sell are covered by warranty. See our warranty page for terms, and register your purchase through the warranty registry.
