Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to addresses

Judy's Appliance ships only to addresses within Oregon and SW Washington. Our algorithm will determine if you are located in one of the many cities we ship to. 

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped

Drop off Only

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, our shipping constitutes of CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY. Our delivery personal WILL NOT install or step inside of the home.

Damages

Judy's Appliance is NOT liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
