Is delivery available?
Yes. Please message your local store for pricing in your area. Delivery service consists of CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY. Haul-away and recycling service of your old appliances is available for a $15 fee as long as they are ready for pick up outside the home. We offer curbside delivery service in most areas within up to 50 miles of any of our existing retail store locations. Some restrictions may apply. Please message a store for further details.
Will you install my appliances?
We do NOT install.
Do you offer appliance repair services?
Judy's Appliance Outlet is your local appliance repair experts. Our appliance repair team has a vast experience with a wide range of appliances and nearly all makes and models. Schedule your fix to today! from small repairs to major fixes!
Do Judy's appliances have a warranty?
Judy's Appliance Outlet offers a parts and labor warranty for 6 months to 1yr on used items and 1-4yrs on NEW and SCRATCH AND DENT Items. A service call fee may or may not apply. In addition, all appliances qualify for Judy's Appliance Outlet extended service agreements. Our team of sales specialists will be glad to explain the warranty and any extended service availability.
Does Judy's Appliance Outlet offer extended warranties?
YES! Our sales team will explain the details of our extended service agreements.
Will you notify me if you receive the type of appliance I have been looking for?
If you are looking for a specific type of appliance and don't find it in our sales floor, let one of our salespeople know or e-mail us. We will do our best to notify you once the product arrives. However, because there is a steady turnover of merchandise in our stores, we encourage you to call ahead of visit.
Can you special order appliances?
Should you find an appliance you want in our store and need a matching item, for example, a matching dryer for a washer that is in stock, ask your salesperson about special ordering the companion piece.
Are prices negotiable?
Appliances are priced by condition and length of time they have been in our store, and, therefore, prices are NOT negotiable.
Does Judy’s Appliance Outlet have a price match guarantee?
We guarantee our everyday competitive prices. If you find a lower price on an identical in-stock item at any local retail competitor, we'll match their price. Just bring us the competitor's current ad or we'll message to verify the item's price. On percent-off sales, we will match the competitor's percent-off offer (limited to reasonable quantities for homeowners). Price guarantees are honored at all Judy’s Appliance Outlet locations.
Exclusion
Judy’s Appliance Outlet will not price match competitor's bonus offers, free offers, special offers, rebates, financing offers, clearance or close-out prices. We will not match prices on damaged merchandise, display merchandise, service contracts, installation, delivery or assembly services.
